Shipping Procedure

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking details.

Transit time is approximately 7–11 business days (Monday – Friday).

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delays

If the maximum processing and shipping time for your order has passed and your order still has not arrived, please don't worry. Allow up to three additional business days (Monday – Friday) and check the status using your tracking code. If your order still has not arrived after that, please contact us at info@becew.com with your order number and we will investigate the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at info@becew.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled in transit, but you may still return it in line with our Refund Policy and your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to info@becew.com. We will review your case promptly and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged item or a refund.
